Out of the posing routines that I have made up during my bodybuilding career this one was definitely my favorite.I thought that the Highlander theme of "there can only be one was an awesome theme to pose to. Unfortunately at this contest I was not that one. Hey it was my first international show.

i would literally kill to have that physique. the constant search for perfection may make you neglect and not fully appreciate the blessings that you have. it takes a second to lose everything. take it from someone who almost died in a car wreck.
