I never imagine this song in a video like this...well...this song is very similar to "cloud 9" of wolf´s rain..that is because the wolf´s rain song is probably a plagiarism of this...

I actually translated the song with my own words but it can be possible to find an official translation, I think...
The lyrics were written by Alain Souchon and the music by Laurent Voulzy; try to search with these names...
